WHO IS UNDERPANTS MAN?
Underpants Man was conceived as the result of a loving union between Mad Martha, an escaped mental patient, and the 1977 Bristol City football team (including reserves).
His hobbies are to the Osmonds and dancing around in his underpants. His favourite movie is Star Wars Episode I – The Phantom Menace, because he finds the character of Jar Jar Binks hilariously funny.
Why Vote For Underpants Man?
If he were to be elected he would make the following changes:

Introduce a special 3000% VAT rate on clothing to encourage people to walk around naked.

Have tighter immigration controls on extra-terrestrial beings.

Bring peace to the Middle East by offering the warring factions the chance to borrow his mate Dave’s Spiderman costume for a week in exchange for signing a peace treaty.

Negotiate with the South African government to secure the release of Nelson Mandela.

Bulldoze the House of Lords and have a great big bouncy castle in its place.
